    January 1st 2021, Brexit becomes a reality, documentation will have to be submitted to the Revenue Commissioners for the Importation or Exportation of goods between Ireland and the UK.

    We provide a full Customs Clearance and Logistics Information Service, from International Corporations to Individual Customers and SME's. Regardless if its for personal or commercial reasons, we offer all essential documentation and up to date information on Ireland, UK (Brexit) and Europe, Customs Clearance and Logistics.




    If you are making import declarations on behalf of UK clients, will need to have a European Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number as well as a UK EORI


    You will also need to know transport information from the haulier – such as the registration details of the vehicle that goods are travelling in  and communicate with them if they need to go to a specific inland location, such as a Designated Export Place for certain Exports.

    Economic Operator Registration:

    EORI: You must make an application to Revenue Commissions for an EORI number, without this you cannot trade.




    Tariff Classification:

    Classifications for all goods that you are going to import, you will need to have tariff classifications for all goods you are going to import or export to the UK or anywhere else outside the EU.

    Customer/Supplier List:
    Have a list of of your customers and suppliers, you will need this for the Customs Declaration.
    Freight Charges:
    Agree with your supplier who is going to pay the freight charges as they have to be added to the invoice to obtain the customs value on which the duty rate is supplied
    Where did the goods originate? Is there an EU trade agreement with that country? are the goods entitled to a reduced or zero rate of duty.
    Payment of Customs Duty:
    How to you pay the customs duty on your goods? will you use the deferred payments provisions, or pay in full when you receive your goods?
